The company was founded by Mariana Guidotti, a marketing professional who worked for over 15 years for Fortune 500 companies. In 2021, she moved to
the United States with her family and experienced this process in two ways: 1) As the spouse of the transferred employee, having to actively
participate in the adaptation of the entire family, and 2) As a consultant, working for a relocation services company in Chicago (USA). Throughout
this journey, she had the opportunity to help dozens of people around the world feel safer and more confident in their move to another country. Upon
returning to Brazil, she decided to put her experience into practice, with the mission of bringing a humanized perspective to the entire family
going through an international relocation.
